ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is empowered by the governing documents of the Association to review all proposed improvements to property within the community. If you plan to do any new landscaping work, change the paint color of your house, change the construction of your fence or any other modification to the appearance of your property, you must submit an Architectural Review Application that describes your project.  The ARC will review the application and typically respond within 7 days.

There are two ways to submit the Architectural Review Application:

Online using our Management company’s Website: spectrumam.com

Select “Homeowners” from the top menu bar

Select "Account Log” in the drop down menu

Select “Sign In” on the top right, sign in to your account

Select “For Homeowners” on the top menu bar

Select “Property Improvement Request Form” in the drop down menu

Select “Add ACC Request”, fill out the webpage and submit

Email or Mail a form to our Management Company

Failure to follow this process can result in fines and other consequences, including restoration of your property to its original appearance.
