PRE-CLOSING DOCUMENTS (RESALE PACKETS)

Canyon Creek's management company Spectrum Association Management has transitioned to Homewise for all Pre-Closing Document orders – this includes the resale packet. To place an order for a Resale Packet, the requestor must go to the new Spectrum portal (https://Spectrum.HomewiseDocs.com).   From that page, the requestor will be able to register or log into their account and place an order through the Homewise system.
