The Canyon Creek Community pool will open for the season on Friday, May 21st, according to the schedule below.

Open swim is daily, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Lap Swim is daily, 5:30 am to 10:00 am and 8:00 pm to 10 pm.
No recreational swimming is allowed during lap swim periods.

In order to keep our pool open, we are asking our residents to comply with the following restrictions:

Each person entering must have a valid keycard or be a member or guest of the household of the keycard holder.
By entering the facility, you assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19, including severe illness or death.
For the safety of all users, unvaccinated attendees must wear masks when moving thru the entrance and exit area or when speaking to the lifeguards. Once inside the pool area, please practice social distancing.
Hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the facility.

Bathers must provide any other protective supplies they deem necessary.

We highly recommend that bathers wipe deck furniture, door handles, etc. before and after each use. Discard wipes in the trash bins. Do not flush wipes in the toilets.

All other pool rules remain in effect as posted in the pool area.

The CCHOA Board and Spectrum Association Management will monitor ongoing operations for efficiency and compliance with all applicable health and safety restrictions and reserves the right to modify amenity operating plans as necessary. In addition, amenities may be closed or operating hours may be altered if conditions change with COVID-19 community spread at the guidance of government, health, and/or legal authorities. The Board and/or Spectrum Association Management may suspend any user's use of amenities if the above rules are violated.
